Rates and Reservations

  

Discount Metro North train tickets are available for Malouf's Mountain campers.

Make reservations for two nights or more at least two weeks in advance and receive a discounted round trip ticket from Grand Central terminal to Beacon and 10% off your reservation and shuttle transportation to the hike of your choice.

Not valid on holidays.

Our season runs from April 15th through October 31st.
Check-in time is 1 PM. Check-out time is 11 AM. Late check-outs are charged an extra day.
There is a two night minimum stay on holiday weekends.

Weekday Discounts (Nights: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Stay three nights and the third night is half price.
Stay five nights and the fifth night is free.

Meals can be reserved for all sites. Please, provide your food order when you make your reservation.

For shuttle service, specify your arrival time at the Beacon train station

You may bring one backpack, one sleeping bag for each person. One cooler is allowed per site. For more items there is a $2.00 fee per item.

Reservations are accepted year round and can be made by phone, mail, or email.

Payment in full is due at time of reservation. We accept cash or credit card (Master Card, Visa, or Discover).

Confirm by mail or Internet.

All Campers and visitors must register at the registration booth.

Cancellations: Deposit refunded less $10.00 cancellation fee per site, if notification is made at least five days prior to arrival date. No refund if less than five days notification. No refund or credit for inclement weather.

Waiver of Liabilities
Upon arrival the following wavier must be signed in the presence of the Camp Manager:

There is a $25.00 cleaning charge for any site left unkempt.

CAMPER ASSUMES RISK OF ALL LIABILITIES FROM USE

Camper understands that Owner has improved the Campground and certain common facilities, and agrees to allow Camper and Camper's invitees to utilize same at Camper's own risk.

Camper hereby agrees that Owner shall not be liable for damage to Camper's goods, wares, merchandise or other property of Camper. Nor shall Owner be liable for injury to the person of Camper, Camper's invitees, or any other person in or about the Campground, whether such damage or injury is caused by or results from fire, electric, gas, water, rain, insects, wildlife, or from breakage, leakage, obstruction, or other cause, whether such damage or injury results from conditions arising in or about the Campground, or upon other portions of the Campground, or from other sources or places, and regardless of whether the cause of such damage or injury or the means of repairing the same is accessible to Camper.

Owner shall not be liable for any damages arising form any act or neglect of any other Camper at the Campground.

Owner shall not be liable for any patent or latent defect in the Campground.
